Summer 2027 Accounting Internship – Chelsea MA | Enterprise

The Tone:
This is a temporary full-time internship at Enterprise, located in Chelsea, MA. Enterprise is an industry leader that provides real-world business, accounting, and financial training. This Accounting Intern role is designed to introduce individuals to the company’s Business Management Training program, preparing them for future financial management responsibilities within the organization. The role is crucial for developing future financial leaders who will oversee all aspects of financial management, balancing marketing and operational needs to ensure successful business operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Assist in preparing financial statements and conducting analysis.
• Collaborate: Work closely with rental branches and various departments to support financial operations.
• Report: Assist accounting managers by compiling necessary reports and data.
• Process: Be involved with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including cash receipts and petty cash.
• Organize: Support accounting managers by assisting with schedules and maintaining organized filing systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must be currently enrolled in a college/university in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Must have an expected graduation date between August 2027 and May 2028.
• Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
