What You’ll Actually Do
• Engagement Participation: Participate in various phases of audit and/or tax engagements.
• Core Functions: Perform planning, testing, researching, and reporting tasks.
• Financial Work: Work with compilations, reviews, compliance, financial statements, and benefit plans, as well as corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, and state & local taxes.
• Client Interaction: Engage in meaningful interactions with staff at all levels and with a diverse repertoire of clients.
• Professional Development: Gain experience with a wealth of business opportunities throughout a professional services firm.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, or a Master’s degree in accounting or tax. Entry-level position.
• Experience: Demonstrated academic success with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, and on track to complete the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam.
• Skills: Detail-oriented leadership, problem-solving abilities, strong communication, and analytical skills.
• Bonus: A goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license.
