Job Description:
Emo Nite is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Intern to join their production team in Calabasas, CA. This is a hands-on, in-person internship within a fast-paced environment. The intern will assist the Production Manager and Production Coordinator with various tasks, including:
• Maintaining, updating, and organizing company databases and calendars (Airtable & Google Calendars).
• Coordinating with Emo Nite teams in different regions regarding event operations leading up to events and day-of details.
• Assisting the Production Coordinator with responsibilities such as theme research, scenic procurement, staffing, advancing with staff and venues, and booking travel.
• Aggregating information for content creation for Emo Nite digital outlets (Emo Nite Radio and social media pages) and helping shoot content as needed.
• Providing on-site support at Emo Nite events.
• Assisting with organizing and maintaining a physical Emo Nite storage unit.
• Running errands and assisting with other duties as assigned.
