• Mission: This role supports daily operations by providing clerical and administrative assistance, managing information, and coordinating tasks to enable efficient workflow across teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and program support, encompassing tasks such as accurate data entry, precise scheduling, and effective coordination of various activities.
• Communication: Prepare professional written correspondence and reports, ensuring clarity and adherence to organizational standards for internal and external communications.
• Information Management: Efficiently find and retrieve specific information from company files and records in response to requests from authorized users.
• Professional Development: Actively participate in structured training and assignments designed to enhance business communication, presentation abilities, and a range of other professional skills crucial for career growth.
• Meeting Coordination: Coordinate the logistics of meetings, including scheduling and preparation, and attend as required to provide support and gather necessary information.
• General Administration: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, supporting the general operational needs of the team and company.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role is ideal for an early career professional or student seeking to gain foundational experience in administrative support within a corporate setting.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency with MS Windows, including essential applications like MS Word and MS Excel, is required. Candidates must also possess proven customer service excellence, exemplified by professional and courteous phone skills.
• Skills: A strong aptitude for quickly learning new systems and programs is essential. Candidates must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as a valued member of a team. Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills are key, as is the ability to work diligently under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
• Bonus: A High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) is preferred, but not strictly required.
