Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact by answering phones professionally.
- Utilize design tools (Canva and Adobe) to create compelling candidate dossiers.
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling Zoom appointments and meetings.
- Conduct thorough background checks for candidates.
- Perform detailed reference checks to verify candidate qualifications and experiences.
- Develop engaging content by writing blog posts for firm communications and thought leadership.
- Provide direct administrative and strategic support to the principal.
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening candidates for open positions, evaluating their suitability.
- Undertake general office management duties, including ordering supplies and ensuring organizational efficiency.
- Actively attend meetings, contributing and learning from discussions about clients, candidates, and firm strategy.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a competitive undergraduate program.
- Possess a strong academic record with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in people, including understanding personalities, interpersonal dynamics, and how individuals fit into specific work environments and company cultures.
Compensation & Schedule
Compensation: $25 per hour
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
