• Mission: To provide college students with practical work experience and expand their knowledge of business operations, analysis, and support functions related to their major.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Acquire industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and assigned projects.
• Develop essential business and analytical skills pertinent to future career development.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Manage tasks by setting priorities and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Provide regular updates to the manager on project status.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Graduate degree from an accredited college or university, with a focus in a relevant field of study.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; strong analytical abilities; capacity to work independently with minimal supervision; comfortable handling confidential information.
