• Role: Internship
• Mission: To support various aspects of operations within a manufacturing environment, gaining hands-on experience and defining personal learning objectives in alignment with academic and career interests.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Departmental Support: Assist various departments, such as production, logistics, quality control, or engineering, in their daily activities and operations.
• Project Contribution: Work on assigned projects by providing necessary research, analysis, and practical support as required.
• Data Management & Reporting: Conduct data entry, data analysis, and generate reports to support decision-making processes across the company.
• Quality & Process Engagement: Collaborate with the quality control team on assurance processes and observe concrete manufacturing workflows to gain insights.
• End-of-Internship Presentation: Prepare and deliver a comprehensive presentation summarizing key learnings, contributions, and project outcomes from the internship period.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in construction management, engineering, concrete management, or a related field.
• Experience: None required.
• Skills: Capability in data entry and analysis; ability to generate reports; aptitude for maintaining accurate documentation; strong research skills; willingness to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Manufacturing related work experience.
