This is an in-office, in-person internship, ensuring a truly immersive and collaborative experience. Beyond your daily contributions, interns participate in a comprehensive program designed for professional growth:

Speaker Series: Gain insights directly from company leaders across various divisions.
Career Training Workshops: Enhance essential skills, covering everything from LinkedIn profile optimization and resume building to interviewing techniques and strategic networking.

Internships are structured for full-time engagement, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or adherence to standard local working hours in your internship location.

The Role and What You’ll Do

As an integral part of our team, you will gain practical experience and contribute meaningfully to various projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Contribution: Actively work on a wide range of group projects, including vital research into prospective clients to inform strategic initiatives.
Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of our agency clients’ businesses and learn how the production team meticulously facilitates their diverse needs.

Recruitment Process

Our selection process is designed to be thorough and transparent, consisting of four distinct steps:

1. Online Application:

Compensation

We are committed to offering paid internships. While rates may vary based on location and typically align with local required minimums, the prevalent current hiring range for this specific position is:

Hiring Rate Minimum: $18.50 hourly (This minimum will not fall below applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds.)
Hiring Rate Maximum: $18.50 hourly
