• Team: Integrated Marketing Planning team, reporting to the Senior Group Marketing Manager
• Mission: Drives the full acquisition marketing strategy for one of the bank’s largest consumer businesses by leading high-impact, full-funnel, national marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop and shape integrated marketing strategies, understanding market drivers, defining value propositions, and translating business strategies into actionable plans for Everyday Banking.
• Protect and enhance TD’s brand by ensuring all marketing, product messaging, and customer experiences deliver on the brand promise to be remarkably human and refreshingly simple.
• Drive initiatives to successful completion, meticulously measure business and customer outcomes, evaluate in-market performance, and leverage results to optimize ROI and inform future priorities.
• Apply consumer insights and market trends, leveraging research to inform marketing initiatives and provide thought leadership for continuous improvement of the client experience.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with a diverse set of partners across Product, Digital, Analytics, Business Units, and Legal/Compliance to align priorities and deliver effective programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An undergraduate degree or equivalent professional certifications is required. This role demands a manager-level understanding of multiple marketing principles, channels, and disciplines, encompassing strategy development, consulting principles, the banking industry, and product/customer markets.
• Experience: Candidates must bring 7 or more years of relevant experience, demonstrating a proven ability to drive business results. Essential experience includes relationship management, working collaboratively, and building strong partnerships with both internal teams and external agencies.
• Skills: The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, vital for influencing stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple initiatives effectively. An advanced strategic marketing mindset, exceptional cross-functional leadership, and proficiency in MS Office applications are also required.
