This role is crucial for owning the go-to-market strategy for partner integrations and the developer ecosystem, a key growth driver that connects Bill.com’s platform to tools businesses already use. You will influence the product roadmap and deliver real impact for hundreds of thousands of SMBs.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Build deep understanding of developer and buyer audiences across the ecosystem, synthesizing market signal into a clear point of view.
• Serve as the voice of the market in product planning, using your insights to influence the quarterly and annual roadmap.
• Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for Bill.com’s API, developer, and partner offerings, tailoring it to each audience.
• Own end-to-end go-to-market for new API capabilities, platform features, and partner integrations, coordinating cross-functional readiness.
• Build developer and integration marketing programs, create repeatable sales enablement for the field, and own commercial outcomes for the domain.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Staff level professional with core domain knowledge in B2B product marketing, including marketing a platform, API, developer ecosystem, or embedded/infrastructure product. Background in fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, or enterprise software is essential.
• Experience: 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including 3+ years specifically marketing technical products with developer or platform-builder audiences, and a track record of operating at a senior Individual Contributor level.
• Skills: Strong customer and market research instincts to synthesize data into a defensible point of view, ability to develop differentiated positioning and messaging for diverse audiences, and experience building effective sales enablement materials that field teams utilize.
• Bonus: Direct experience marketing a two-sided platform or marketplace, familiarity with AI-agent ecosystems and LLM tool integration, or experience with API-first distribution channels.
