Integrated Marketing Intern – Summer 2026 | Her Campus BU

The Tone:
This is a remote internship at Her Campus BU, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to integrated marketing efforts for Her Campus Media. Her Campus Media operates as a leading online community for college women, with a diverse ecosystem of platforms including HerCampus.com, CollegeFashionista.com, and SpoonUniversity.com, alongside the InfluenceHer Collective and various community networks. This role is crucial for executing integrated marketing campaigns for advertisers, ensuring effective activation across all media channels and events, and providing meaningful, skill-building support to the Integrated Marketing (Activation) team. Interns are integral to understanding and executing the full lifecycle of campaigns.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Documentation: Handle the creation of essential campaign kick-off documents, including detailed campaign notes and internal tracking mechanisms, to ensure smooth project initiation.
• Collaboration: Participate actively in internal team meetings, contributing to discussions and gaining insights into campaign planning and strategic execution.
• Reporting: Compile comprehensive reports to track campaign performance, gather key metrics, and support data-driven decision-making for advertisers.
• Logistics: Support various event logistics and meticulously track user-generated content (UGC) across Her Campus Media’s platforms to gauge engagement and campaign reach.
• Presentation: Aid in the development and assembly of impactful recap decks, summarizing campaign successes and key learnings for internal review and advertiser presentations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a college undergraduate.
• Experience: Must be able to earn academic credit for participation in the Her Campus Media Internship Program; capable of dedicating at least 12 hours per week during the Summer 2026 term.
• Skills: Possess strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking capabilities; demonstrated working knowledge of all Google for Work tools; exhibit a hardworking, detail-oriented, and efficient work ethic, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Bonus: A genuine passion for the Her Campus Mission and a keen interest in the field of marketing.
