Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: Beginning at $25.00 per hour (Pay Range: $19.06 – $31.91 hourly, starting wage may vary by location).

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Possible overtime available.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installations and demonstrate a strong desire to learn custom appliance installations (full company-paid training provided).
• Accurately handle and install standard gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
• Ensure all installed appliances are damage-free, installed precisely according to manufacturer specifications, and fully functional.
• Interact professionally and courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers, delivering “white glove service.”
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay current with all product changes and advancements.
• Fulfill driver duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service is preferred.
• License: Valid state-issued driver’s license is required.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Medical Certification: Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one.
• Physical Ability:
  • Ability to lift 70+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally, with the assistance of lifting equipment (e.g., stair climber, oven lifts, air sled).
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deliver “white glove service” are essential.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills and a willingness to learn new techniques and products.
• Literacy: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
