What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Engage in a comprehensive development program, completing four distinct six-month rotational assignments across various IS teams and roles to gain both breadth and depth in the function.
• Project Leadership: Lead key projects and initiatives, delivering significant impact and value to Owens Corning while gaining real-world experience and high levels of accountability.
• Technology Application: Work with and receive training on state-of-the-art technologies employed by Owens Corning, including ERP systems, Digital/Web platforms, Analytics, Security solutions, cloud-based infrastructure, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Professional Development: Participate in robust onboarding, classroom training, and formal/informal development activities focused on project management, leadership presence, and career exploration, supported by mentoring and coaching.
• Business Integration: Learn about Owens Corning’s global businesses, products, and the critical role Global Information Services plays in supporting business strategy, manufacturing, and the supply chain, potentially through plant and research facility visits.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Career level is Entry-Level.
• Experience: Demonstrated relevant technical skills and knowledge necessary for a career in Information Technology.
