This role matters by supporting the firm’s efforts to quantify and enhance the measurable outcomes generated by its investments. You will contribute to the measurement, analysis, and advancement of impact investing strategies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Administer: Support the administration and refinement of bi-annual portfolio company impact surveys.
• Coordinate: Coordinate the collection, verification, and organization of impact-related data from portfolio companies.
• Analyze: Analyze portfolio-level impact data to identify trends, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate: Assist in evaluating the anticipated impact of prospective investments by reviewing impact theses, projected outcomes, and supporting analyses.
• Contribute: Contribute to ongoing firmwide impact measurement and management initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with an interest in finance, economics, impact investing, public policy, or data analytics.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage structured datasets. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
• Bonus: Experience with survey design or data visualization tools is preferred.
