This opportunity is for a Human Resources Intern within the Spectrum Internship Experience program.
Immigration Requirement:
The role explicitly requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, both currently and in the future. Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or the need for future sponsorship is a mandatory requirement.
Program Overview:
• This is a full-time, 10-week internship program designed to provide real-world experience within the telecommunications industry.
• The internship runs from May 27 through July 31, 2026.
• Interns will join a department for the summer, contributing to meaningful projects.
• The program offers professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and access to a mentor.
Target Candidate Profile:
• A motivated graduate student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Seeking a degree in Human Resources or I/O Psychology.
• Must maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher in their current graduate program.
Internship Structure and Activities:
• 80% of the schedule is dedicated to department and team-focused projects, allowing interns to contribute to the Corporate HR Department.
• The remaining 20% is allocated to professional development and networking activities.
• Key activities include:
• A Kickoff Conference on May 27th.
• Webinars and community service initiatives.
• Cross-functional projects.
• Final presentations.
• Opportunities to gain new skills and elevate existing ones in a robust business setting.

Internship Responsibilities (Specific to Human Resources Intern):
The Human Resources Intern will assist with the coordination and execution of various tasks and processes within the Corporate HR Department. Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of Human Resources processes, programs, and initiatives.
• Providing comprehensive HR support, either directly or indirectly, to a designated client group.
• Participating in various HR projects established to resolve employment challenges.
• Streamlining People Central Reports and assisting in processing and analyzing HR reports.
Required Qualifications:
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Graduate degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in the current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or the need for future sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure while driving results.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Coursework in Human Resource Management.
• Prior HR Internship experience is a plus.
• Analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
