Job Title: Human Resources Intern

This internship at Keystone Custom Homes provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of Human Resources functions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Open Enrollment & Benefits Administration Support:
• Actively support the open enrollment process.
• Assist with various benefits-related tasks.
• Applicant Tracking & Communication:
• Help monitor job openings.
• Communicate effectively with applicants throughout the entire hiring process.
• HR Database Management:
• Maintain and update employee records accurately within HR databases.
• General Administrative & Project Support:
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Contribute to other HR projects as needed.
