Core Responsibilities Include:
• Supporting the annual open enrollment process.
• Assisting with various benefits-related tasks.
• Helping to monitor job openings and maintaining communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Maintaining and updating employee records accurately within HR databases.
• Providing general administrative support to the HR department.
• Contributing to other HR projects as needed.
