• Team: Supervises a team of 7 Employee Partners across Bengaluru and Hyderabad sites, engaging with executives, senior leaders, and collaborating with Business Partners and HR leaders.
• Mission: Accountable for all people actions in the engineering and Digital Technologies (DT) teams within the Collins India organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accountability: Be accountable for all people actions impacting the engineering and Digital Technologies (DT) teams within the Collins India organization.
• Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 7 Employee Partners located across both the Bengaluru and Hyderabad sites.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage effectively with executives and senior leaders across both HR and business teams.
• Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with Business Partners and HR leaders across various organizational teams.
• Culture Development: Drive a high-performance culture while enabling significant change, cultural alignment, and manager empowerment within the teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior Manager level in Human Resources, specifically as an HR Partner.
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience serving as an HR Partner.
• Skills: Proven ability to lead and supervise HR professionals, experience engaging with and influencing senior leadership, strong capabilities in fostering cultural change and alignment, and effective collaboration across diverse teams.
• Bonus: Masters in HR management or Personnel Relations is preferred.
