Junior Management Program – HR – Corporate | Bosch USA

• Mission: Build the next generation of HR leaders by providing breadth of experience and strategic exposure across core HR functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Functional Rotations: Rotate through approximately four core HR functional areas, taking on real project ownership rather than simply shadowing.
• Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders on initiatives spanning talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Technological Application: Apply data and emerging AI/HR-tech tools to improve how the HR function operates, from talent analytics to process automation.
• Global Assignment: Complete a short-term international assignment to build global business acumen, expand professional networks, and enhance cross-cultural fluency.
• Leadership Development: Participate in structured leadership development, mentorship, and gain executive exposure throughout the program, presenting learnings and recommendations to senior leadership at key milestones.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recently graduated or in final semester of a Master’s program in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally within or adjacent to Human Resources; minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
• Skills: Demonstrated aptitude for applying data and emerging AI/HR-tech tools to improve HR operations; proven ability to partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders; strong capability in project ownership and execution within various HR functions; effective cross-cultural communication skills to work across diverse regions and languages.
