What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Guidance and Solutions: Provide expert guidance and deliver high-quality data solutions to Aon’s clients, with a strong focus on enhancing their overall experience and fostering strong, long-term professional relationships.
• Project Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of professionals to successfully drive impactful projects, ensuring these initiatives directly contribute to the sustained success of Aon’s clients.
• Optimized Client Engagement: Apply specialized knowledge and a unique skillset to help clients fully optimize their interaction and engagement with Aon’s services and offerings.
• Team Development and Oversight: Lead a team by providing comprehensive guidance and active support in areas such as professional development, effective project management, and strategic client interactions.
• Strategic Remuneration Analysis: Operate as a Data Consultant specializing in Remuneration, delivering strategic insights and in-depth analysis crucial for shaping competitive compensation and benefits packages tailored for Aon’s diverse client base.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field, or proven experience in compensation and benefits or data analysis.
• Experience: Proven experience in data analysis and remuneration data management.
• Skills: Strong communication skills to build and maintain client relationships, detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and value, and a commercial mindset.
• Bonus: Previous experience in leading and mentoring junior team members is preferred.
