Human Resources Intern | HSAD North America
The Tone:
This is an internship at HSAD North America, located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join its Human Resources team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate employee data, supporting essential HR administration, and ensuring smooth daily people operations within the organization. It provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, contribute to key processes, and develop a foundational understanding of the employee lifecycle, directly impacting the efficiency and compliance of the HR department while working closely with experienced professionals.

• Mission: To support efficient HR administration and employee data management by contributing to daily people operations and maintaining accurate records within the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data & Record Management: Maintain and update all employee records, organize and digitize HR documents, and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information across systems. This also includes assisting in maintaining HR databases and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• HR Administration Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including preparing essential employment letters, maintaining personnel files, and offering general assistance as required.
• Employee Lifecycle Documentation: Manage and process all necessary documentation for both employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for staff.
• Recruitment & Reporting: Support various recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates, and help compile and prepare HR reports, dashboards, and employee data for internal use.
• Employee Engagement & Queries: Assist with the coordination and execution of employee engagement initiatives and HR events, and respond to routine HR queries from employees under direct guidance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and comfortable working with data, including the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Bilingual in Korean.
