What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruit: Write job descriptions and post them for entry-level roles.
• Screen: Filter resumes and conduct phone screenings for candidates.
• Coordinate: Schedule phone and in-person interviews for participants.
• Verify: Check employee references to ensure proper vetting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
• Experience: Preferred qualification: interest in the Beauty Industry.
• Skills:
• Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
