The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Bosch, located in India. Bosch is a leading global supplier of technology and services. This Senior HR Business Partner role is crucial for aligning human resources strategies with business objectives within the Mobility & Smart Solutions (M&SS) and Power Tools (PT) divisions, ensuring talent growth and organizational effectiveness across various HR functions.

• Mission: To strategically partner with senior leaders and drive HR initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational development across the M&SS and PT divisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic HR Partnership: Align HR initiatives with organizational goals, collaborating with senior leaders to understand business objectives, identify talent risks, and develop HR strategies that enhance performance and engagement.
• Talent & Organizational Development: Support comprehensive performance management, succession planning, leadership development, internal mobility, and organizational design initiatives, alongside competence development across all levels.
• Workforce Planning & Change Management: Translate business priorities into strategic hiring plans, effective team structures, capability building programs, and communication strategies to guide employees through organizational changes.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage conflict resolution, conduct grievance investigations, interpret policy, identify systemic patterns, and provide coaching to managers on employee-related matters.
• HR Operations & Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR data metrics, engagement trends, retention, and performance data to inform leadership decisions and improve HR programs, while overseeing GA, internship, fixed term, external (white collar) employee management, Expat Management, employee engagement, and benefits operations (Gratuity, Superannuation, Insurance, Mediclaim) for M&SS and PT.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of strategic HR partnership, talent management, and organizational development.
• Skills: Strategic HR planning, Talent acquisition & development, Employee relations, Data analysis for HR, Change management.
• Bonus: Master’s degree.
