What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Recruitment: Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment processes for candidates.
• Onboarding: Assist with employee onboarding and orientation procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
• Support: Respond to employee HR-related inquiries and provide assistance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, human resources, or support roles.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, strong attention to detail and accuracy, basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Bonus: Administrative or office support experience, exposure to HR or recruiting processes, familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems, experience with scheduling and documentation, interest in human resources and people operations.
