HR Coordinator | Aramark

The Tone:

This HR Coordinator role is crucial for supporting Human Resources and operational managers, ensuring daily field HR activities are completed and company-wide HR initiatives are successfully rolled out across the business. What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Produce comprehensive reports using HR systems to support daily reporting, administration, and other key HR functions for management.
• Benefits Coordination: Coordinate the company’s benefits program, providing essential support and administration.
• Performance Reviews: Lead and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for front line associates, partnering with management to ensure successful execution.
• Talent Lifecycle Support: Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and training of new associates, playing a key role in their initial integration into the business.
• Leave Management: Act as a liaison with third-party administrators for worker’s compensation, FMLA, and short-term disability leave, facilitating necessary processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional prepared to support Human Resources and operational managers in daily HR activities and initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with foundational knowledge in human resources or related service-oriented fields.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing HR systems and case management systems is preferred to effectively support reporting, administration, and other HR functions.
• Skills: Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills are essential for interacting with associates and third-party partners. A strong attention to detail is also required for accurate reporting and program administration, along with the ability to work effectively in a continuously improving environment.
• Bonus: At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, or a Contact Center environment; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
