What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Room Care: Perform comprehensive cleaning and refreshing of guest rooms, ensuring each space is immaculate and inviting for incoming visitors.
• Bed & Linen Service: Efficiently change linens and expertly make beds, creating a neat and comfortable sleeping environment for guests.
• Supply Management: Accurately restock all in-room amenities and necessary supplies, anticipating guest needs and maintaining a well-appointed space.
• Area Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest bathrooms and designated common areas, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Quality Assurance: Diligently inspect rooms to ensure they consistently meet and exceed the high-quality and cleanliness standards of Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role welcomes individuals from all backgrounds; no specific educational background is required. A foundational understanding of the importance of cleanliness, guest comfort, and service excellence in a resort setting is beneficial.
• Experience: While prior hospitality or housekeeping experience is helpful, it is not a prerequisite for this position. We are committed to providing comprehensive, on-the-job training to the right individuals who demonstrate potential and a strong work ethic.
• Skills:
• Interpersonal & Work Ethic: Possesses a friendly demeanor, is reliable, and highly motivated to contribute to a positive guest experience and team environment.
• Schedule Flexibility: Demonstrates the ability and willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet resort operational needs.

• Physical Stamina: Capable of maintaining an active pace and performing duties that require standing, bending, and moving throughout the duration of a shift.
• Bonus: Previous experience in a hospitality environment, particularly within housekeeping, is considered a valuable asset.
