What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Reception: Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner, engaging in conversation while seating them.
• Seating Management: Manage the restaurant waiting list during high-volume periods to accurately set guest expectations and ensure smooth seating flow.
• Table Readiness: Efficiently clear, clean, and reset tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest without delay.
• Guest Departure: Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return, fostering a sense of hospitality.
• Operational Support: Complete other tasks as requested or required by the manager on duty to support overall restaurant operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, and converse comfortably with customers in English.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of how to operate a computer/tablet for seating and other operational needs. High level of organization, cleanliness, and a sense-of-urgency. Essential ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bonus: High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience.
