• Participate in hands-on experiences across key departments within Loma Linda University Health entities.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge and skills essential for a management career in healthcare and education.
• Engage with various LLUH entities to gain practical operational understanding.
• Contribute to the ongoing work and needs of assigned departments.
• Foster personal and professional growth through structured residency activities and real-world application.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field required, completed within the last 36 months or by the program’s start date. Membership in the Seventh-day Adventist Church is required.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is explicitly required beyond degree completion.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to manage multiple assignments effectively and organize workload.
• Bonus: Some leadership experience.
