What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate effectively with project teams, supporting daily operational activities and ensuring smooth coordination across various aspects of the construction process.
• Assist with comprehensive technical reviews, meticulous documentation, and clear communication with diverse project stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
• Gain practical, hands-on experience by supporting field operations such as site layout, surveying activities, and contributing to crucial quality control efforts on active job sites.
• Learn to analyze complex project plans and specifications, developing comprehensive cost estimates, and assisting in the preparation of detailed bid proposals for upcoming projects.
• Actively participate in safety audits, rigorously monitor compliance with industry regulations, and proactively promote a strong, positive safety culture across all active job sites.
• Utilize cutting-edge mapping and modeling tools to support various aspects of project planning and execution, enhancing efficiency and precision in project delivery.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Students actively pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Occupational Safety, Geomatics, or other related academic fields.
• Experience: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Skills: Strong communication, excellent problem-solving abilities, a genuine passion for building, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to contributing and growing professionally within the work environment.
