Harvest Vineyard Internship – 2026 Growing Season & Harvest
JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, nestled in the esteemed Paso Robles region of California’s Central Coast, is dedicated to crafting world-class wines that truly reflect the unique terroir of the area. We proudly combine Old World tradition with New World techniques to produce exceptional Bordeaux-style blends and single varietals.
Are you passionate about agriculture, fascinated by winegrowing, and eager to immerse yourself in one of the most exciting seasons in the vineyard and winery? JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery is thrilled to offer a highly sought-after Harvest Vineyard Internship opportunity for the 2026 growing season and harvest!
This hands-on, immersive internship spans from June 15th through November 15th, providing a rare chance to experience the full arc of the growing season—from early phenology and vineyard management to the height of harvest and into initial cellar production. If you are a quick learner, self-starter, hard worker, and detail-driven individual with a genuine passion for agriculture and wine, this is your moment.
You will work directly alongside JUSTIN’s dedicated Grower Relations team, gaining invaluable real-world experience in both the vineyard and the cellar. No two days are the same—one moment you might be in the vineyard scouting or gathering crucial crop data, the next you’re in the cellar supporting winemaking activities. To ensure you’re fully equipped for fieldwork, a company vehicle will be provided for travel to and from vineyard properties—a significant perk.
This is a full-time, 40 hours/week, hourly-paid internship position.
