The Tone:
This is a full-time, entry-level role at Garage. Garage is building a platform that streamlines commerce for essential industries, initially transforming how fire departments acquire mission-critical vehicles and equipment. This role is crucial as the support engine behind the Growth team, ensuring smooth operations and enabling rapid customer expansion. It offers a unique opportunity to understand the intricacies of a fast-moving startup and contribute directly to its foundational growth.

• Team: Growth Operations Team, partnering with Growth Ops Associates.
• Mission: Support the Growth team by maintaining operational efficiency and facilitating customer engagement from lead qualification to onboarding.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Journey Support: Support the Growth team comprehensively across the customer journey, encompassing tasks from qualifying inbound leads to facilitating the onboarding of enterprise users onto the platform.
• Strategic Input: Leverage collected customer insights to inform cross-functional decision-making, collaborating actively with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to shape and execute overall company strategy.
• Operational Development: Partner closely with Growth Operations Associates to learn established operational playbooks and gradually assume greater ownership and responsibility over time.
• Brand Representation: Act as a dedicated advocate for Garage’s brand, consistently representing the company’s vision and core values to both current and prospective partners.
• Flexible Assistance: Provide adaptable support by assisting the Growth team with a variety of tasks and initiatives as needs and priorities evolve.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals with 0-1 year of professional experience, welcoming recent graduates.
• Experience: 0-1 year of professional experience is required. Prior internship experience is strongly preferred, particularly in settings such as startups, investment banking, consulting, government, or other high-performing business environments.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both customers and internal stakeholders, good judgment, high integrity, and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
