What You’ll Actually Do
• Visualizer: Visualize and create reports, infographics, flyers, and other graphic products.
• Brand Maintainer: Help maintain a cohesive brand identity across various communications.
• Content Editor: Create and edit visual content for high-level information conveyance, including strategic plans and briefings.
• Publication Standardizer: Elevate and standardize the full range of print and digital publications, such as annual reports and websites.
• Collaborator: Work closely with leadership and data analytics teams to promote and enhance content like reports, briefs, and visual data.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Expertise in graphic design, multimedia, data visualization principles, and communication standards for producing complex, customized visual products. US Citizenship is required.
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience, with advanced visualization skills and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Skills: Advanced modern graphic design, data visualization, proficiency in graphic design software, basic copy-editing/proof-reading, and the ability to translate abstract ideas and concepts into clear visual representations.
• Bonus: Working knowledge of multimedia design and production (animation, videography, still photography, editing, post-production), basics of script development and production processes, and still photography abilities for event documentation and studio portraits.
