What You’ll Actually Do
• Classroom Assistance: Assist experienced teachers with a variety of classroom activities and contribute to the smooth and effective running of lessons, ensuring an organized learning environment.
• Small Group Support: Provide targeted support to small groups of students, addressing their individual learning needs and specific challenges to facilitate academic progress and understanding.
• Environment Cultivation: Actively help to create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages participation, engagement, and success for all pupils.
• Academic Guidance: Support students with their academic tasks, offering guidance, clarifying concepts, and fostering deeper engagement and understanding across subjects.
• Pastoral Care Contribution: Contribute to the overall pastoral care and well-being of students, helping to ensure a supportive, safe, and nurturing atmosphere within the school community.
