This pivotal role within the TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop’s transportation network, shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies that directly impact seller and customer experiences within the U.S. market.

• Mission: Innovate and streamline TikTok Shop’s transportation network to improve operational efficiency and enhance the delivery experience for U.S. sellers.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Logistics Solutions: Support the development and implementation of logistics solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the delivery experience for TikTok Shop sellers in the U.S.
• Process Optimization: Assist with the analysis and optimization of nationwide pickup, middle-mile transportation, and last-mile handoff processes.
• Network Planning: Participate in projects related to transportation routing, shipment scheduling, logistics network planning, and exception management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to support logistics product improvements and ensure workflows meet seller and business needs.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key logistics performance indicators, identify operational trends and improvement opportunities, and support the development of practical solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Bonus: Relevant internship, academic research, case competition, or project experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or supply chain operations; familiarity with the U.S. logistics market or major carrier networks (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS); academic or project experience related to supply chain optimization, transportation network design, routing, forecasting, or data analysis.
