KPI Education is delighted to partner with a well-regarded secondary school in Manchester, seeking a passionate Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. About the Role:

• Role: Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant
• Location: Well-regarded secondary school in Manchester (excellent transport links)
• Hours: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
• Term: Term-time role
• Pay: Competitive, up to £560 per week
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils across Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4 in Maths, Science, Engineering, and Computing.
• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions to enhance student understanding and boost attainment.
• Assist students in tackling challenging content, building confidence, and fostering a love for STEM subjects.
• Work closely with experienced classroom practitioners in a dynamic STEM environment.
• Monitor student progress and adapt support strategies to meet individual needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent graduate with a degree in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• An individual passionate about helping students discover their potential in Maths, Science, or Computing.
