What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide assistance to pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 in Maths, Science, Engineering, and Computing.
• Intervene: Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions to enhance student understanding and boost attainment.
• Facilitate: Assist students in tackling challenging content, building confidence, and fostering a love for STEM subjects.
• Collaborate: Work closely with experienced classroom practitioners within a dynamic STEM environment.
• Monitor: Track student progress and adapt support strategies to meet individual learning needs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics). Early Career.
• Experience: Looking to gain practical classroom experience before pursuing teacher training or an education-related career.
• Skills: Ability to help students discover their potential in STEM, assist with challenging content, adapt support strategies, and monitor progress.
