• Mission: Designs, implements, and communicates long-term incentive policies and programs for the AMS region to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and talent alignment.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Implement: Be responsible for the implementation and communication of long-term incentives policies and programs within the AMS region, including equity, stock options, and RSUs.
• Design: Participate in the design and review of long-term incentive plans and policies for the AMS region.
• Research: Conduct research on practices of leading technology and general industry companies to ensure external competitiveness and legal compliance for incentive plans.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other Performance & Incentives team members on the total rewards package for employees in the AMS region as needed.
• Support: Perform other duties related to long-term incentives as assigned.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Individuals currently completing or who have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience: No specific years of experience mentioned, but candidates should possess strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to exercise sound judgment; ability to back up proposals with good data; ability to present findings to stakeholders.
