Graduate Medical Education Coordinator | St. Joseph’s Health

• Mission: This role serves as support to all graduate student education throughout St. Joseph’s Health.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboarding: Supports orientation, onboarding, and scheduling for new students (NP, PA, SRNA, Perfusion, RNFA) and visiting Residents and Fellows across the St. Joseph’s Health system.
• Liaison: Acts as the primary liaison with medical schools for clerkship students.
• Record Keeping: Maintains accurate records for all visiting students and residents.
• Coordination: Works closely with departments including Employee Health, Informatics, Security, and Medical Staff to ensure all student, resident, and Fellow requirements are met.
• Agreement Support: Assists in the coordination of Affiliation Agreements and Program Letters of Agreement.
