What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Analysis & Mapping: Systematically examine and document current operational processes across various departments, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas ripe for improvement. This includes gathering data, observing workflows, and interviewing stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of existing practices.
• Process Design & Optimization: Contribute to the conceptualization and development of improved or entirely new processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service quality. This involves applying process engineering principles to create scalable and robust solutions for InPost Group’s evolving operational needs.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for new and revised processes. You will collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, providing clear, data-driven reports to management on process performance and recommended adjustments.
• Project Management Support: Actively participate in and provide support for various process improvement projects. This includes assisting with project planning, managing specific project tasks, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope under the guidance of senior managers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Training: Engage with diverse teams, including operations, IT, and customer service, to understand their process requirements and challenges. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or engineering discipline, such as Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field, providing a strong foundation in analytical and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience: Ideal candidates will possess 0-2 years of relevant professional or internship experience. This experience should ideally include exposure to process analysis, operational efficiency projects, data collection and interpretation, or project support roles within a dynamic environment. Familiarity with process mapping tools or methodologies is a plus.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and propose practical solutions. Proficiency in data analysis, including basic statistical methods, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for effectively documenting processes, presenting findings, and collaborating with diverse teams.
