What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Rotate through various departments, including Technical Support, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services, over an 18-24 month period.
• Contribute: Work on real business projects within departments such as Product Communications, Sales, Marketing, Localisation, Not-for-Profit, and Education.
• Develop: Expand your expertise in cutting-edge GIS technology and its application to solve complex, real-world problems for customers.
• Engage: Interact confidently with customers and colleagues, utilising strong communication skills to understand needs and present solutions.
• Explore: Apply a proactive approach to problem-solving and a curiosity to discover new ideas and better working methodologies within the business.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a predicted or achieved minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant field such as GIS, Geography, IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• Experience: Eligibility to work full-time in the UK until at least September 2028 and the ability to pass a basic security clearance.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication and presentation abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and intellectual curiosity.
• Bonus: Enthusiasm for geospatial technology and a keen interest in developing a long-term career at Esri UK, with a willingness to relocate or commute to Aylesbury for at least three days per week in the office.
