What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Solve problems and organize multiple tasks, prioritizing work effectively in a fast-paced environment with guidance.
• Apply: Learn and utilize business applications that support acquisition, proposals, pricing, contracts, and business management functions.
• Liaise: Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams by supporting application projects, including deployment, process improvements, data integrity, metric tracking, and basic project management in an Agile environment.
• Support: Provide application and process assistance, which includes troubleshooting issues, coordinating resolutions, and communicating releases, updates, and best practices.
• Document: Create and maintain process flows, standard work, and application usage guidelines to ensure consistent tool adoption.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field, completed by August 2026.
• Experience: For a Proposal Analyst, 2 years of experience in proposal analysis is required with a Master’s degree.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special access.
• Bonus: An overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher; previous internship/co-op or other work experience; familiarity with core project management concepts and introductory exposure to Agile practices; experience using full Microsoft Office, including intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; and a basic understanding of business applications and tools used in proposals, pricing, business management, or contract management.
