This Analyst role is integral to strengthening the organization’s ability to navigate and recover from business disruptions, supporting critical operations and continuity of service across the enterprise. What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn and Grow: Develop knowledge and understanding of AIG and the insurance industry through meaningful on-the-job experiences and instructor-led masterclasses.
• Build Skills: Acquire new skills and experience as a valued team member, supported by a structured early career program.
• Collaborate and Connect: Build connections with colleagues across the organization through exposure to senior leaders, mentoring circles, networking, and volunteering opportunities.
• Protect Operations: Contribute to business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and incident management efforts to protect critical operations and support business stability.
• Ensure Service Continuity: Participate in resiliency programs to enable continuity of service across the enterprise in the face of disruptions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career role requiring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027.
• Experience: Available to start the program on July 26, 2027, and committed to working in the Atlanta office at least four days per week.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities, strong attention to detail, ability to collaborate effectively, and manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, strong quantitative and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for learning about the insurance industry, and a global perspective with a team-oriented track record.
