What You’ll Actually Do
• Advise: Provide strategic advice to multinational corporations and financial sponsors on complex transactions.
• Execute: Structure and execute transactions including mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and asset divestments.
• Collaborate: Work across industry and product teams to help orchestrate strategic advisory transactions.
• Innovate: Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and output in your work.
• Deliver: Demonstrate proactivity and the ability to deliver effectively in a challenging environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for college students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027. All majors are accepted.
• Experience: Strong academic background with sharp analytical skills. Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Skills: Strong writing skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills, proactivity, and the ability to articulate ideas effectively to clients and colleagues.
• Bonus: Willingness to obtain FINRA registrations and regulatory licenses as applicable for CFTC Swap Dealer Associated Person and SEC Security-Based Swap Dealer Associated Person.
