What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute: Support multiple projects simultaneously, working both independently and as a team member.
• Improve: Assist the team in enhancing operational efficiency and implementing best practices for front-line business activities.
• Analyze: Conduct various analyses to streamline processes, including operational loss reviews, reporting gaps, and audit issue summaries.
• Collaborate: Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across different product groups and functional teams.
• Prepare: Create and update documentation, reports, and presentations as directed by your manager.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a Bachelor’s direct to Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a graduation timeframe between November 2027 and August 2028.
• Experience: A demonstrated track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities.
• Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Copilot. Strategic and creative thinking, distinguished written and oral communications, assertiveness, initiative, leadership, a strong work ethic, team focus, and the ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities are also essential.
• Bonus: A minimum 3.2 GPA is preferred.
