Role Title: Global Internship Program & Host Network Development Intern

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the development of the World Merit Global Internship Program.
• Conducting webinars for external hosts.
• Planning and collaborating with internal departments to organize live sessions.
• Designing promotional materials for the World Merit community platform, opportunity catalogue, and internship program.
• Supporting the development of the Host’s and Intern’s Cycle.
• Collecting experience reports from fellow interns.
• Coordinating with the communications, outreach, and management teams.
• Sharing guidance with internal hosts on becoming affiliated members.
• Preparing and updating internship-related content for platform and promotions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using communication tools (email, phone, virtual meeting platforms, recording tools).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in outreach or relationship management is beneficial.

Compensation:
• A monthly stipend of $100 will be provided.
