About the Job: Global Enterprise Technology Internship Program

We are actively seeking talented individuals for our upcoming internship program within the Global Enterprise Technology Department. What We’re Looking For
- Grad Dates: December 2026 & May 2027 grads
- Location: South Florida Offices (Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, Entertainment Studios)
- Format: Hybrid – In-person Monday – Thursday and remote on Fridays
- Dates: June 1st – August 7th 2026 (10-week program)
- Work Authorization: Permanent US Work Authorization required
About The Program
The Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences within various departments in the organization. Interns will work alongside industry professionals to develop their skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry. The program offers students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to projects that impact millions of vacationers worldwide.

About The Department: Global Enterprise Technology
The Global Enterprise Technology Department serves as the central nervous system of technology at the company. It encompasses Global IT strategy and operations, cybersecurity and data privacy, enterprise applications and systems integration, and IT governance. The team develops and maintains software solutions, manages key technology projects, and ensures secure, reliable IT systems organization-wide to enable seamless operations.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field of study with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred
- Previous experience in related areas is preferred
