What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to establish and maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across all operations.
• Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, strict adherence to quality standards, and optimal utilization of all company resources.
• Strategic Growth: Develop and actively implement strategic plans aimed at driving overall company growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing current service offerings.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team, including Exterior Cleaning Technicians, Administrative Coordinators, and support staff, to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Client Engagement: Build and proactively maintain strong, lasting client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage the company’s financial health, which includes meticulous budgeting, accurate forecasting, and effective cost control measures.
• Compliance: Ensure full adherence to all relevant industry regulations, established safety standards, and internal company policies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Proven experience as a General Manager or in a strategic leadership capacity. Familiarity with home exterior cleaning services or related service industries is essential.
