What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Foster a winning team spirit and guide staff to achieve their full potential.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Manage ingredients to ensure freshness and control costs to maintain profitability.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service and efficiently resolve any customer complaints.
• Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all operations run smoothly.
• Staff Development: Recruit new team members and provide training to enhance their skills.

• Background: Manager-level professional with comprehensive knowledge of all team member duties.
• Experience: Practical experience in juggling multiple tasks, taking orders, and operating all store equipment.
• Skills: Basic math, inventory management, clear communication (in-person and phone), and effective customer service.
