What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Development: Build a high-performing team by hiring, developing, training, and conducting performance evaluations for employees.
• Financial Oversight: Manage operations to maximize the financial success of the branch and identify future revenue opportunities through profit and loss reviews.
• Metric Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics, including equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, and customer satisfaction.
• Communication & Goals: Communicate information effectively to your team and management, while establishing measurable goals with clear expectations for team members.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing safety standards and complying with legal regulations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level with core domain knowledge in the rental industry.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, leadership, and people management skills. Possesses a results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Bonus: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. You can adapt to a growing company and stay educated on EquipmentShare products and services.
