What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Development: Develop and actively implement strategic plans specifically designed to drive sustained business growth and continuously improve overall operational efficiency across all areas of the store.
• Financial Oversight: Manage all financial aspects of the business with precision, encompassing meticulous budgeting, accurate forecasting, and effective cost control measures to ensure fiscal health and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an environment that encourages individual and collective achievement towards defined organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with all key stakeholders, including valued customers, essential vendors, and corporate leadership, to support seamless operations and represent the store effectively.
