About the Opportunity: Gas Supply Intern

Peoples Natural Gas is excited to announce internship opportunities for Summer 2026! We have a fantastic opening for a motivated individual to join our team as a Gas Supply Intern. This role offers a unique chance to dive into the essential operations of our gas supply division.

What You’ll Do

As a Gas Supply Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily and monthly operations of our Gas Supply team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of daily and monthly gas supply plans.
  • Generating critical daily and monthly reports detailing gas volumes.
  • Providing QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) support for producer services.
  • Aiding in the daily reporting of storage inventory levels.
  • Supporting daily gas supply nominations and purchase processes.

Our comprehensive 12-week internship program is designed to provide you with an invaluable learning experience. You will work closely with an assigned, dedicated mentor and contribute to specific projects that offer a mix of developmental tasks and hands-on work activities directly relevant to your academic major.

Requirements

To be considered for the Gas Supply Intern position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in college and have successfully completed at least your freshman year.
  • Majoring in Business, Marketing, and/or Engineering.
  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
